At Liv Sienne we custom make wedding dresses (our favourite), Mother of the Bride, and special occasions outfits. We have never created two wedding dresses the same, with each wedding dress tailored to the individual and unique requirements.

MEET NIKKI

Like her savvy business sense and contagious enthusiasm, Nikki Atkinson's fashion sense seems to be in her genes. As a pre-schooler her mother watched Nikki forage for fabric and tape intricate pieces of fabric together to produce runway fashion for her dolls. It wasn’t long before she was designing her own clothes to the amazement and accolades of her family and friends. 

Her love of fashion, creativity and art took Nikki from a rural upbringing on Eyre Peninsula to fashion school in Adelaide, and positions in several South Australian fashion houses, before co-founding the glamorous and iconic Betrothed bridal boutique in the 1990s. Nikki’s unique personal style was grounded in this period, focussed upon style rather than trends, winning her two successive ‘Most Stylish Ladies’ gongs from Broken Hill’s hotly contested St Pats Races Fashions on the Field.

In 2003 Nikki returned to her first love: the country, settling near Wilmington in South Australia. There she married her soul mate, and started a family, but also continued her made-to-measure wedding and couture business. However, at the Grace Kelly Exhibition in Bendigo her imagination was reignited - to develop her own range of ageless, stylish and classic designs, and to support the Australian Made brand. Her ranges were and continue to be designed, sampled and finished in Australia to support Australian skills, jobs and quality.

Late in 2017 Nikki opened her signature Liv Sienne boutique in Port Augusta; the gateway to the outback. Within the store you will find the Liv Sienne label amongst other stylish ladies fashion labels, little girls fashions, shoes, accessories, giftware and the famous Bead It Bar where you can create your own necklace or keychain.  

Liv Sienne is today the culmination of years of fashion industry experience and Nikki Atkinson's clear vision of classic and wearable stand-out garments. Liv Sienne is a "Port Augusta Business " Awards Winner in 2019 and was finalist in two categories in 2018 – a great accolade in its first year since opening. Also in 2019 she was recognised by "South Australia Brands" as a Regional Showcase Finalist, for her outstanding achievement with her photo shoot of "The Flinders Fashion Shoot" and with significant contribution to regional South Australia.
